If you want real southern style barbeque, then we've got it. Every Thursday night from April through October we will be cooking Ribs, Chicken, Pulled Pork and Brisket. We fire up the smoker every Thursday morning at 4:30, and the meat is on by 5. We use all natural charcoal and a whole bunch of apple wood to give the meat a great smokey flavor. Every week we will have 4 different sides so that you will never get tired of the same thing every week. If you desire you can bring your own beer and wine. What would be better then enjoying a great barbeque with few beers or a bottle of wine overlooking our orchard.
Eat on the property or take it home, let us do the cooking on Thursday night.
