Hot Entrees
- Preheat oven to 350°.
- Cook frozen or defrosted. (Instructions are for frozen cook time. If defrosted, cooking times will be shorter.)
- For Meat Pies
- Place on a cookie sheet
- Bake uncovered for approximately 1 to 1.5 hours until golden brown and bubbly.
- For Cheese-topped Entrees
- Place on a cookie sheet.
- Remove plastic lid and cover with foil.
- Bake for 1 hour.
- Uncover and cook for another 15 minutes until golden brown and bubbly.
- For Chicken Entrees
- Place on a cookie sheet.
- Remove plastic lid and cover with foil.
- Bake for 45 minutes.
- Uncover and cook for another 15 minutes.
Apple Pies
- Preheat oven to 350°.
- Brush pie with milk and sprinkle liberally with sugar.
- Bake the pie for approximately 1.5 hours until golden brown.
- Apple pies should be tested by inserting a skewer into the center of the pie. When finished, the fruit should be soft.
Other Fruit Pies and Turnovers
- Preheat oven to 350°.
- Brush pie with milk and sprinkle liberally with sugar.
- Bake the pie or turnover for approximately 1 to 1.5 hours until golden brown.
Pumpkin, Squash and Custard Pies
- Preheat oven to 350°.
- Bake each pie for approximately 1 to 1.5 hours.
- Test the pie with a knife; the knife should come out clean.
Crisps
- Preheat oven to 350°.
- Bake crisp uncovered for approximately 1 hour, until bubbly and golden brown.
- Test the apple crisp by inserting a small knife into the center of the pan. When finished, the fruit should be soft.
Tea Breads and Rolls
- Preheat oven to 350°.
- Heat for 5-10 minutes.
